Stunning Reforma 432 Residences by Rojkind Arquitectos
This amazing Reforma 432 Residences has been designed by Rojkind Arquitectos and is located in Mexico City, Mexico. It has a great an unique architecture and is appreciated for the best construction conditions for this type of building.
The project was about uniting several lots of land, creating a single lot from Reforma Avenue up to Tokio Street, having in mind the idea of turning Manchester Street into a pedestrian walkway, and giving the side façade a singular urban quality. The basic unit measures 70 square meters and each of its units take maximum advantage of its beautiful views and unique space, and also the specific conditions. In order to create some bigger and more complex spaces, the units can be added to one another, in multiples of 60 square meters.
The Reforma 432 Residences has 52 levels, with the ground floor reserved for the access lobbies. Seven levels are reserved as office space and has their own parking that follow the commercial floors. Above level ten there are four “technical” floors which serve as structural reinforcement, as well as providing recreational areas for the residents. The top 11 floors are reserved for the Hotel, so eight of them will house guest rooms, a technical floor, a full service floor and the last one will host a green terrace with some amazing breathtaking views. There’s also a lobby for the residential area and a large space for general access to the commercial, hotel and office areas in direct relation to the mezzanine, where both formal receptions for the offices and hotel stand, as well as the elevators leading to them.
