North Bondi House by MCK Architects

The Australian studio MCK Architects designed the amazing North Bondi House. The residence is located in Bondi that is a suburb of Sydney in Australia. This modern house, its inviting atmosphere, the inspiring decorating details, the clever and stylish arrangement makes you put it on the first line on the dream home list.

On the ground floor are located the kitchen, living room, the public spaces that need to be large and lit enough, connected with the outside. On one side of the building the wall is made entirely by glass with a big sliding glass door that makes the connection with a small terrace. The pretty, modern furniture, the use of natural light makes it a good place for a young couple. Outside the green space occupies almost the entire surface. Of course there was arranged a parking space on a pavers portion.

On the first floor was created “a double height open core to the center of the house, filtering natural light into the depths of the interior”. The space organization was carefully made so the dead spaces were eliminated by using open planning and recycling circulation. The fresh, inviting atmosphere, the decorating details, the tasteful design made from this residence a real home.
