Baan Citta, this beautiful vacation home, is designed by THE XSS and is located in Bankok, Thailand. The house benefits of a splendid view over the lake, a swimming pool and a great luxurious garden and it’s situated right in the heart of north Bankok’s residential complex, being familiar with luxury.
The residence is built to escape, to relax and find peace, being a place full of serenity. The main design concept was that of creating a utopian land on earth, a kind of spiritual paradise. And indeed, there is a flux of pure energy coming out from this home, a perfect harmony between colors, textures, materials and furniture, shadows on the walls and small details, everything in a mixture of serenity. With a minimalistic design, white walls and floors, wooden or leather furniture, simple and clean, splendid views, elegant bathroom and a nice swimming pool with a large terrace, allowing for relaxation far from the stressed crowd, the house is one with nature.
Large floor to ceiling windows flood the interiors in natural light and surround the home, eliminating the need for artificial light. The colors are sensitive and delicate, like exotic flowers, creating a spiritual paradise with the ambience and feel of a real home.
