Jorge Martínez and Laura Sánchez from Coco Aquitectos designed the Social Housing in Carabanchel located in Madrid, Spain.
The leaning building has a thin strip plan, narrow apartments opened to the city or to the private garden. Frontiers between spaces are not that strong defined so the inner room space can be changed. Outside the building, there is a room attached to the facade build for any domestic activity.
