Imagination and Creativity Convert a Wool Store into a Generous Modern Loft
This is a tastefully decorated contemporary loft, designed by Donovan Hill architecture firm. The project is in fact a conversion of a wool store located in Tenerife. The house is elegant and spacious, with a modern design and industrial elements.
Wooden beams suggest the separation between the kitchen and the living room, but though conceived separated, they exists within a continuous space. This is a house in which each detail matters. Spot lights on the ceiling and white beautiful flowers provide elegance and lightness. An amazing black carpet with big red flowers offers personality to the living space, contrasting with the white leather futuristic sofa, makes this part of the room become the focal point of the entire loft. There are big impressive pictures on the walls, in vivid warm shapes of red, yellow, or blue; a wall imitating brick in a bedroom, a huge crystal mirror in the black bathroom, all these details matters. The kitchen is well equipped and minimalist.
There is a wooden table with transparent chairs in the living, waiting for the guests. There is space destined to a dressing room, the loft being well organized. Having a wainscoted façade, the house invites you to explore a splendid and modern design.
