The YAK01 House, L Shape Design in a Permanent Connection with the Greenery Area

The YAK01 House is designed by Ayutt and Associates Design and it is located on, Yen Akat Road, Bankok, Thailand. It is o modern designed house with sun shades and rain protections, as well as a large greenery area for leisure.

The residence is designed in L shape to enhance the usable space and green area and half of it is cantilevered over the ground floor area.  Floor to ceiling glass walls receive natural sunlight and half of the land is an open space for gardening. There is also a swimming pool placed parallel with the building, maintaining coolness of the house during daytime. The main living space is located in the center and it is directly connected with the garden and the swimming pool with double-height folding windows that facilitate the fusion of spaces. The interior is painted in white and together with the white leather sofas; it brings serenity to your soul. The master bedroom upstairs is entirely cantilevered over the whole length of front foyer and it has a cubic shape, enhancing the aesthetic element and providing shading to the residence.

There are aluminum strips vertically installed on the walls of the master bedroom and bathroom. They make the house look like a silver box floating on a black granite sheet below. The master bedroom is conceived with the same simple design and provides peace, calm and relaxation.
