Terrace 2 Presents a Design Inspired From Different Cultures
Terrace 2 is designed by Galeazzo Design and it is located in São Paulo, Brazil. The house is full of life and colors. It has a large multifunctional living space, with the design inspired from the crossing of the east (orient) and west (occident) cultures, in a contemporary way.
The space reminds us a big origami; you can find different objects associated in different contexts, creating an interesting amalgam. Bamboo furniture, lacquer and hardwood, traditional references to China flow over the high-tech bamboo floor and contrast with the extravagant wallpaper printed with stylized golden dragons. The crystal chandelier from the traditional brand Saint Louis is hanging over a wooden table, a huge rough linen sofa placed in front of a nice fireplace made of exotic granite, modern photos on the walls, exotic orchards, wooden benches and chairs and vivid colored walls, the picture of a black pig together with a landscape sketched in pencil, are together mixed in this amalgam of cultures and traditions, creating an amazing and provocative atmosphere.
Green plants are all over this place and the large windows, covered by blue dark curtains, lead you into a world of imagination.
