Minimalist Loft with White Walls in Como, Italy

This apartment is located in Como, Italy and it is designed and decorated by JM Architecture. The apartment is practically renewed, the architects being greatly concerned to keep the original shape and the shell intact. But they bring new flavor and brightness to the large interior spaces, using minimalist decorative elements and succeeding to create an ample, elegant and comfortable place for relaxation.

The predominant color (non color, to speak properly) is white. The white finished walls, white leather sofas, sometimes combined with black, the stylish lighting system simply gets your eyes and induces peace into your soul and body. The first impressive element which brings functionality and personality to the flat is the extensive use of wood on the floors (they are made up of hardwood) and the steel beam assembled staircase with open treads.

The lush bathrooms, white and shining invite you to relax. The same feeling follows you when you enter the living space, which is wide, huge and white. Minimalist furniture creates highness of the space and perspective. This aspect, combined with the elegance of the place provides a perfect atmosphere and an amazing modern apartment.
