Spectacular and Contemporary Approach by WA Design
A new project was created by Berkeley-based studio WA Design under the name of Strathmoor House, which is situated in East Bay hills in Berkeley, California.
The people who designed this wonderful house had in mind the idea of creating a home that can accomplish all the desires of the clients. From the first look, the entire place has to inspire privacy and comfort as well, but to put it in the center of all this great landscape and to offer these great views that you can admire all day long, that’s not something to forget.
To establish all of these goals that the designers thought off, they used in the design a curved shell wall, some clad with cement board panels to induce the idea of comfort and elegance. The house is like a fortress in which you can spend a couple of days without thinking that someone can disturb you. For most of the walls they’ve used a lot of glass, in order to create a more spacious and bright environment for the customers to enjoy the amazing views that surround the house.
It’s something that will increase the feeling from your heart of quietness and peace that the whole is place is creating around you. Outside the house you can enjoy the terrace with its design as special as the interior design the house when you can spend your evening with your family and friend chatting or drinking something cold in those sunny days.
