Luxurious Ranch House Outside Aspen
This amazing picturesque rural villa looks like the perfect place where you can relax in this snowy season. Has been designed by Lipkin Warner Planning and Design Associates architects and is located seven miles outside Aspen, Colorado.
The goal of the architects was to create a stunning house that would answer the living needs of the owner, regarding a modern and luxurious house that could provide several entertaining areas, a horse barn and an artist studio.
The interior design is just breathtaking, so warm and peaceful, you can observe the beautiful use of wood everywhere in the house, an open floor plan with Colorado sandstone and reclaimed Bavarian oak floors, carefully designed wood ceilings and alder and wedge walls. The furniture is custom-made and the combination between the color used and the great fireplace inside, provide a lot more warmth to the house. All of these wood elements put together create an incredible interior design giving the warmth of a picturesque rural, while the large sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows provide some great views in Aspen and captures views of all four ski areas.
The exterior are made out of Pennsylvania lilac block cut stone, metal and pressure treated spruce, and because features so many windows and large sliding doors, it beautifully connects to the outdoor living areas.
