Colorful and Appealing Madrid Residence

The next residence has a bright interior designed with a few feminine touches, and was the creation of Maria de la Osa, a well-known designer that was able to create a fascinating feminine appeal to this Madrid house.

The concept idea was to create an inviting interior design, using several patterns, serene colors and bespoke furniture. Now, in the living room there’s a mirror table that creates the illusion of a bigger space, a very good example of expanding the area and make it look a lot more spacious, reflecting at the same time patterns, serene colors and bespoke furniture. The transition between the space used for entertaining and the space used for dining, is made via a double-sided furniture which is a very functional item used for the books on one side and for the kitchen cabinets on the other.

The dining area is probably the most elegant area from the entire loft, a semi-secluded space with a two modern white Knappa pendant lamp hanging over the dining table. The elegant touch is given by a delightful pair of walnut Queen Anne chairs with red velvet seat, creating an amazing contrast with the cream nuances that covers the table. It’s all about a clean white background, with elements that boost soft touches of mauve, pink and turquoise, a bright and colorful environment with carefully chosen patterns. The bedroom, closet and bathroom fulfill another goal of the designer, to create a place that could offer both relaxation and coziness and a visually pleasant collection of spaces.
