Stylish Barra Funda II Apartment

Barra Funda II Apartment designed by Kwartet Arquitectura is located in a residential neighborhood in Sao Paulo. The owners are a young couple with small children. The original structure hadn’t suffered many changes due to the well designed furniture. A very important element is the walnut carpentry on the walls, its clean, contemporary aspect comes in a beautiful contrast with the white walls, white curtains and furniture. On the walls were added contemporary decorative objects so the atmosphere got colored.

Continuity is created by the panels that hide the doors from the lavatory. In the living room the color palette includes brown, red and white, two comfortable white couches, a small table and a red couch. The office is colored in black and white with small colored spots. The children room is painted in white with dinosaur’s wallpaper and lacquered MDF panels, here is a bed, a desk and some colored boxes for toys. The bedroom has a soft color palette with white and grey, here is a pleasant, soothing atmosphere. This pretty apartment has minimalist design, modern and just perfect for the young family. The area is not very big but the space division was well done so everything was included.
