City Center Penthouse by Mark Tracy of Chemical Spaces
Mark Tracy is an American interior designer of Chemical Spaces, he has completed a penthouse residence located in the Veer tower of Las Vegas’ modern City Center development, Nevada.
For this project there were used the finest materials in order to create a friendly, inviting, colorful, and extravagant design. In an ocean blue color scheme a 13’ tall by 13’ wide floor-wall-ceiling glass with embedded images houses in the center a chandelier encased in a blue glass cube. You couldn’t decide if it is a bar table or a kitchen table, it can be used as both, it is the “Blue Louise” granite table.
On the entire penthouse, around the perimeter of ceiling there are RGB LEDs that will accentuate the beautiful mixture of colors. The master bedroom has its own chandelier, the 13’ tall c-shaped bed is made of Italian porcelain tile. Beside it, a chain curtain is dividing the bedroom from the master bath.
The ceiling from the living and main party area are made of triangular shaped mirrors each separated by ceiling beams. These are reflecting the lighting effects of the unit and the neon shining and creates an amazing atmosphere. In this area the floors are made from white hardwood.
