Touch Lamp Vase by Roger Arquer for Bosa
London designer Roger Arquer created the Touch Lamp Vase for Bosa, it has been launched at the Salone di Mobile, Milano 2011. This special lamp is operated by touching the flowers in the adjoining vase using touch sensitive technology.
It is an hybrid between a flower base and a lamp, when the flowers are touched the light goes on or off. In this way the flowers can be considered a natural switch for the lamp. Due to this technology you can have an experience that combines water and light 100% safe. The process seems to be simple: due to the high content of water on the flowers they become conductive and sensitive when touched, isn’t this great?
Made from one single ceramic piece, the electricity can run on 12 V. And if you are concerned about changing the water, well there is no problem, it can be easily and safely replaced whenever you have to do that. This is one decorative idea to bring color as an ambient light. It has a simple form and it comes in white color.
Due to its design it can be placed in restaurants, hotel rooms, lobbies, home entrance or hallway. This beautiful decorative element can bring into your house a fresh and a lit atmosphere.
