Levitate While Sleeping With the Magnetic Floating Bed

The Magnetic Floating Bed has been invented by Janjaap Ruijssenaars and has been declared one of the best inventions by the Times Magazine.

I know it sounds really weird and maybe you would be afraid to sleep in this kind of bed, but it’s really cool floating at 16 inches above the floor with no support below. The repelling magnets are built into the bed and on the floor and can support over 2,000 lbs, which is just enough. Unfortunately you can’t just move the bed here and there, because you will also have to move the magnets in the floor and it might be risky.

As cool as it sounds, this also has some downsides and one of them is the price. The Magnetic Floating Bed costs $1.5 million and it can be already ordered. Oh and you should take off your earrings and other metal objects before going to sleep because you might face some issues.

So, would you pay $1.5 million for a cool bed ?
