Fascinating Los Osos House by Agustín Landa Ruiloba

This beautiful house has been designed by Agustín Landa Ruiloba and is located on the top of a rise, being part of a private development in the south of Monterrey.

The structure of the house is divided in two volumes, one perpendicular to the other: an open volume for the public areas and the master bedroom and a closed one for the private areas. The access through the house allows the visitor to discover a triple-height patio and a sectioning of the lot marked by a reflecting pool which contrasts with the hardness of the space. The lot is flat at the narrow top part, sloping down as it opens up to the south views of the Sierra Madre.
