On a floodable ground, on 15,000 sqm site overlooking the Seine, in France was placed The Factory. The project designed by Mateo Arquitectura includes the offices in Rue Emile Zola.
Josep Lluís Mateo, the project manager wanted that his project to embrace shadow and light, to reveal organic nature in the structure. First place in top priority was taken by the eco-sustainable construction. It respects the Thermal Regulations 2005 standard, for the project construction were used materials like aluminium, zinc, Corten steel, concrete and wood. A very important aspect is the integration of a natural smoke extraction system.
As an extra point, the Factory spaces are designed to adapt to all kinds of businesses.
