Josef Weichenberger Architects proposed a linear building structure along the Sensengasse and a point-house located in an extended park.
The construction is composed of three connected individual buildings and creates a membrane, a separation between the park area and the urban space.
The point-house stands in the middle of greenery and is the result of the clearly defined park perimeter.
