Stills Flagship Store Design by Doepel Strijkers

Doepel Strijkers created an amazing store design Stills Flagship Store into an Amsterdam boutique. What makes this design special is the floating character: floating clothes and accessories then into each corner a white-painted grid branches. On both levels of this store the fashionable garments can be admired hanged from the framework or folded into glass shelves. The interior design is no longer a backdrop but it has the capability to emphasize the best of the garments. Seeing it from outside you can’t resist it, it seeks the attention of anyone looking for garments.

The artist choose the translation from the old design to this one so the previous commercial design is still visible, for example he kept the patterns of textures that fits well with the architecture. The design required some spatial interventions in the hull that connects the two levels.

Stills is a definition for sophisticated this is why the design of the store is so important. The combination of interior design including styles, looks and feels of the objects, the quality of the materials used complement the Stills vision for fashion. The success of this shop is in its stylish garments but also in its architectural design.
