Modern and Transparent Mirador House

This really interesting Mirador House is located in Lima, Peru and has been designed by 2.8x Architects.

The location chosen for this house is in a residential neighborhood in the east of the city. Architects had in mind the idea to accomplish the requirements on uneven ground with a steep double. The purpose of this project was to meet all customer requirements, and ensure the functional daily comfort.

Designers tried to mix modern, transparent and bright elements of architecture with elements of the design from 30’s and more of that to generate free floor unevenness. All rooms are organized to make everyone feel at home, and the exploitation of the view is made by using glass walls instead of concrete walls, providing some great landscape view of the city. This is one of the most important things which favors locations of this kind with a lot of glass walls, not the design, but the views make it worth every penny.

With the purpose of emphasizing, the house includes also a garden terrace where you can say from morning to sunset enjoying the views.
