A Mid-Century Residence in California – a Real Greenhouse in the Middle of Beautiful Surroundings

This Gorgeous Mid-Century Residence is set at the foothills of La Canada, California and is designed by Jamie Bush & Co, in collaboration with Osborn Architects. The house is placed on a perfect green surrounding and it looks like an immense greenhouse, created from glass, steel redwood and stone.

It represents the definition of warmth and modernism, combined and mingled one to each other into a perfect home with an earthy feeling but full of surprises and wonder. The living space is wide and has continuity with the kitchen space and bathroom, the house being a permanent mix between colors and materials, combining warm red and yellow shades with earthy natural colors into a perfect combination. All these décor details provide coziness and warmth to the entire building. The smart selection of furnishings is also very inspirational. The primary concept was to build a home that was created and designed from the exteriors towards the interiors. This means to say that every design elements have been implemented outside and were pulled right in.

The vintages and modern furnishing combination from the whole house are lovely! The lights hanging from the ceiling over the kitchen table are elegant and cozy, the white sofa and carpet in the living space makes the room appear elegant and fashionable and the entire home is remarkable.
