Casa Aqua Claras, a Wooden Home for a Perfect Harmony
Casa Aguas Claras is the name of a project designed by Estela Netto Architecture & Design, a building full of harmony, located in a luxurious area from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
The house aims to embrace the rocky surroundings and immerse perfectly into this relaxing landscape. Since the entrance you are greeted by the L shape swimming pool, with marvelous blue water, tempting you to drink your morning coffee standing on a comfortable deck chair and smiling in the sun. Wood is the material used in order to give the house the aspect of comfort, warm and hospitality. Plenty of wood used in defining the project: floors, fancy shutters, some of the furniture pieces. Even the textures and other pieces of décor were chosen having earthy colors, in order to develop a perfect harmony to the rest of the house and to integrate it into the nature surrounding.
There is marble too inside the house, the living room is gorgeous, wide and fluid, looking opened and luminous because of the large and airy windows. The furniture is elegant, but cozy, and the fireplace increases coziness providing a domestic aspect to the space. The kitchen is a part of the large living space; the master bedroom is intimately protected by sliding shutters while the spacious living room is wrapped with natural light. The entire house assures comfort, inducing a peaceful state of mind.
