Exotic Light Beach House by Tony Owen Architects
This family house is located close to Tamarama beach, in Sydney, Australia, and it is designed by Tony Owen Architects. The house has an exotic garden which introduces you with the beautiful beach landscape, seen from the upper level. The large outdoor opens the house to the garden and offers an extension of the inside to outside.
The house is built by using natural material as timber. The large living space is full of light and invites you to relax and enjoy a family evening in an exotic place. White walls and white floor, combined with shapes of brown for the furniture, the modern details and the ample space introduces you into a world of meditation and relaxation. There is another space for a dining room, where people can sit around the table, eat dinner, talk and enjoy the guests’ company. Large floor to ceiling glass walls allows light to penetrate the
interior of the living into a flow of green and exotic vegetation. The space downstairs is opened to the kitchen, another example of white elegance.
The house also has three bedrooms and a family room upstairs, laundry and wide astonishing bathroom. It is perfectly suitable for the
beach and offers you the leisure and recreation you need.
