Creative and Impressive design: Casa del Tec
This new project was based on designing a family home, Casa Del Tec 167, by some talented designers from GLR Arquitectos in order to improve the aspect of the house and make it friendlier for the new owners.
The house is situated in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico and the ideas of the designers were to add to the old design some modern and elegant elements to create for this place a stylish appearance that will be liked by anyone who want this kind of design. With some enormous windows for each room the entire house will become so bright and peacefull. It is a perfect environment for a home where you can forget about the problems at work and enjoy some pleasant moments with your family. The landscape view around the house is one the most amazing things of this place, something that you will never regret if you buy it.
Outside you can enjoy the huge pool near the house, swimming or relaxing by watching the kids playing in it. Inside, the rooms are so spacious and furnished with very good taste, and offers all the facilities you need for a decent life in here and the colors used induce you a pleasant feeling, like you are at home.
