The project of creating a modern and stylish residence from a simple but beautiful house build in 1962 was a challenge for the talented artist Michael Haverland who managed to carry his work to a great finish to the surprise of many people who doubted it.
At a first site you will think is not such a big deal, but in essence is one of the most wonderful pieces of art that came from the ideas of Michael. Palm Springs was the location of this new acquisition in the list of projects of this well-known artist. Michael was inspired in his work by the mid-century architect William Cody and he redecorated the house fulfilling William’s idea of comfort and elegance that will please any client who want to buy a house like this one.
Mister Haverland put his mind and soul with the purpose of highlighting the true features of this place and maintain the elegant and modern atmosphere which is reflected in every corner of the house. To complete the appearance of this house he added a huge and splendid pool. The interior was redesigned with a modern look and all in connected in a strong bond that makes this place feel like home.
