Bright and Expressive Design for a Residence in Mexico
This new project ,House la Punta, was designed by Central de Arquitectura and is was completed in 2010.The idea was to redecorated and give a modern aspect to the house in a contemporary style as two rectangular prisms one on top of the other that will have the shape of the letter L.
Rooms are so spacious and elegant furnished and with a friendly appearance that you’ll love from the first moment when you will see it. The first floor contains a family room where you can spend special moments with your dear ones, a huge kitchen, a dining space where you can have nice meals and a living room.
Outside is a deck great if you want to make a barbecue, very useful for you, your family and friends to spend their weekend and enjoy a tasteful meal. If you are passionate of mechanics and cars, at the basement you have a garage, and there’s also a bathroom and a game place to fulfill all your needs. All around the house, at the terrace and every floor is filled with potted flowers that will give the house the feel of quite and comfort that every home needs. This can really be defined as a great holiday home.
