The Bloom Tables Inspired from Nature

These cool nature inspired tables have been designed by MTH Woodworks, and the concept idea is trying to bring the traditional elements of a furniture design into modern times.

The design of these table tries to express and represent the roots of furniture , but combined with modern elements. The traditional furniture that we’re used to was most of it made of solid wood and most of them were handcrafted, making each piece of wood a real and natural piece of art. In the meanwhile, over the years, due to some important factors and the global warming most of the producers have started to replace the solid wood with particle board and molded fiberglass, which are more convenient and environmentally friendly of course.

This beautiful collection of Bloom tables represents a new furniture revolution, combining natural organic shapes with modern materials, resulting in a seamless surface guaranteed to create a stunning piece of furniture that serves as functional art. Each object of this collection is a fusion of natural resin, made from a combination of peanuts and soybeans and a locally salvaged and sandblasted cedar tree stump from Vancouver Island’s artist John Ross.
