The Clovelly residence has a L shape in order to create a protected enclave and to maximise solar access and natural ventilation. It is also a eco-friendly house due to its energy efficiency by including 3 water tanks, reverse brick veneer walls, sun control louvres and shutters, hot water solar panels and photo-voltaic cells.
