St. Leon 10 is designed by SAOTA and Antoni Associates and it is located in Bantry Bay, Cape Town. The view is absolutely breathtaking, towards the 12 Apostle Mountains, Clifton Beach and Robben Island. The building is cut into the slope offering a beautiful view.
All the rooms have sea views, the house being organized in a linear manner. The entrance in the house is prefaced by a wooden terrace, furnished with chaise longue which are tempting you to relax, enjoying the sun and the sea. The double volume entrance space leads onto the main living wing of the house including 2 lounges, dining room and kitchen The living space is ample and discrete illuminated by spot lights, simple furnished, accommodating even a generous pool entertainment room with a feature sunken lounge, an onyx bar and a wine cellar. Swimming into this pool is magnificent, offering you the impression of being on a ship, floating on blue waters, diving into a submarine to admire strange sea creatures.
The color register is neutral, subtle and intimate, with soft cream leathers and weathered timber finishes layer the interior with luxurious discrete elements. The whole residence looks harmonious, inviting and intimate.
