Incredible House on Cedar Hill
This lovely residence has been designed by Dallas-based studio Cunningham Architects and is located at the edge of an escarpment zone in Cedar Hill.
The residence represents a mix of different structures, different and each of them with their own purpose. The first one is a low house that seems to be nestled within the green trees, and the other is the exact opposite, similar with tower, a great place from where you can admire some amazing views of several thousand acres of protected habitat, along with distant views of Dallas and Fort Worth. The exterior of the house is covered in white stone and in some places features some small windows, giving the impression of a medieval architecture.
The area on which the residence is located has a lot of trees and green plants, surrounding the pool and a small relaxing space right under the trees, a great place where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air right. The interior design is modern, but incorporates several rustic elements and ideas, as the indoor stone walls and uses a beautiful color palette, to create a cozy space. On the other side, the tower room uses a minimalist aesthetic, with a simple black and white color combination and glass walls, to maximize the views.
