Dakar Sow by SAOTA
Dakar Sow is an amazing luxury home located on the site on an old World War II bunker, on the edge of a cliff in Dakar, Senegal. The incredible large residence is designed by SAOTA & Antoni Aassociates.
The owners of this gorgeous house are a Senegalese businessman and his family. A part of the bunker was kept and transformed into an underground cinema that opens up into a water feature. Designed in an artistic manner the cinema is the perfect place for spending time with friends and family. The owners can choose the cinema or the pool is the weather is friendly. From the living room they have direct access to the pool through large glass doors. This façade is made almost by glass so that the amazing views of Atlantic could be admired.
Inside the design has simple modern lines, the lighting in the whole house is well executed, inside on the hallway and the other rooms and also outside on the deck. This huge house has an amazing design that includes palms planted outside, many light sources, a sculptural pool, chaise-loungues, special tables where the family and their friends can have a drink or places to relax.
