House La Punta designed by Central De Arquitectura is located in the western side of Mexico City in Bosques of the Lomas. This beautiful residence has an amazing landscape if looking to the northeast towards the street. House La Punta can be considered a really big project, its total surface is 875.00 square meters.
First level is the one that requires privacy and it got it. Here are the king-size bedroom, two smaller bedrooms that have the same design and each of them have separated bathrooms and dressers, another bedroom with its own bathroom and dresser, a living room and a small study room.
Organized in a “L” shape the building has two big composing prisms pieces that are placed one over the other. The design shows just simple lines used for this three level house. On the ground floor is placed the garage, it has six. The semipublic activities are placed on the ground floor, here are located the living room, kitchen, eating hall, a small deck for BBQ outside. On this level is required natural light, due to the large use of windows the rooms are fill with light. Also this is an important factor for the connection interior-exterior and for people to enjoy beautiful views.
