Carol Leaes designed an amazing apartment located in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The designer searched for this place to fit with the owner requirements four months. The area around the apartment is amazing, surrounded by Paulista Ave with amazing views from the park Trianon, the green environment is essential. The pillars are placed at the end of the building so the floor plan is free for any kind of decorations.
The color palette includes black and brown, black from a part of the walls and furniture, for example the wall with the library and the library itself is black, the billiard table and the armchairs. The project includes one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and large spaces for enjoying the day. The kitchen is spacious, simple with a bar and a dinner table. The bedroom has a wardrobe, the bed and the bedsides painted in black, only the burgundy curtains bring color into this room. Next to it there is located the bathroom that has glass walls, an LCD and an amazing bathtub made by wood. The apartment features modern decorations and all the utilities needed, the lighting system is integrated into the ceiling.
