Imposing Loft Design in San Francisco by Steven Volpe

Steven Volpe designed and owned this apartment that is located on 355 Bryant St, San Francisco, California. His innovative ideas made this apartment to look amazing. The 18′ ceilings are sustained by eight redwood timber columns that create an imposing atmosphere into this open space and they delimit it simply.

The design combines conservatory with modern in a fabulous manner, it has the power to make you feel like home from the first time you come in. Outside there is a beautiful private garden, it is connected with the inside through the big glass doors. The light is flooding the spacious living room contributing to its warm, friendly atmosphere. The design elements are a little bit unsual but they are in a real connection, for example next to the fluffy armchair there is a rough one that seems to be made by wires. At this floor there is also the study area where can be found the formal library, a big simple table with many chairs, the space receives enough light.

On the next level the owner can enjoy his relaxing private space, here are placed the bedroom with full bath. The ceiling has the same natural design, supported by the imposing columns. The residence is about 2,100 square feet and it is for sale.
