Lombard Street Townhouse by Mark Tracy of Chemical Spaces

This modern townhouse interior has been designed by American interior designer Mark Tracy of Chemical Spaces and is located on Lombard Street in San Francisco, California.

The interior design used by Mark Tracy is very contemporary and clean, and creates a great transition between floors, by using different styles and colors. The townhouse has five floors, each of them with a distinct feel. Now let’s take each floor and see how relates with the others, and what color and character differentiate it from the others. Since this townhouse is contemporary and modern, it needs some modern and stand-out stuff, so the architect thought about including some stand-out features in order to brings some glam. These stand-out features include a glamorous steel catwalk with glass flooring, a great 160” retractable movie screen, a 80’s-style bar with built-in arcade game, RGB LED dance club lighting, and fifteen 60” squares of custom art and mirrors which float up the walls and ceiling.

The fifth and top floor has a modern design with artistic features, completed by a HZL Henzel rug on metallic silver hardwood floors and offers some amazing views of Alcatraz and the bay. On the fourth floor there’s a beautiful modern kitchen and also a lounge with great fireplace with Italian red porcelain tile. Also, there’s a great party terrace with amazing views of the city. The third floor hosts the master bedroom and bath, while the first and second floors open to a dance-club-like party area.
