Studioilse designed a five-storey apartment building located at TwoTwoSix Hollywood Road in Hong Kong. Before starting the project they thought at the social and economic realities, at the human needs and how they could revitalizes the neighbourhood. On each floor of the building there is an apartment. The units are real, authentic homes with a sense of solidity and permanence. This building enhances the identity of the area due to its modern, fabulous design.
Due to its position to the city and to the beautiful garden arrangement the apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows that bring nature into houses. Each one has approximately 1,500 sq ft, despite the generosity of space the rooms keep the warmth sense. The living room has reserved a big space but there are elements that could serve as dividers. The owner enjoys the flexibility of dividing the space according to his needs while the new spaces are in a beautiful relation of continuity.
Each apartment has a beautiful, intelligent design that has to be not only admired, it will make you interested in the sensory thing also. The apartments have a familiar touch were comfort comes from both sides physical and psychic.
