Marine Terrace Resort
Yamasaki Ku Hong Associates Design Lab designed the Marine Terrace Resort that is located in Yongho-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, Korea. The project includes a resort-style luxury condominium and a boutique hotel with amazing view and maximum privacy.
The site is divided into three clusters: Cluster A is private & exclusive single-detached housing, Cluster B is semi-privat’ multi-housing and Cluster C is public boutique hotel accessible to the adjacent park.
The Villa Bar includes single detached units, this one, an entertainment house and chateau W-Peaks are isolated zones that provide intimacy and security for its residences. There is also an amazing terrace house called Hanging Garden and the Crystal Cube tower housing that form the Cluster housing. The terrace is flexible and expandable and like it was expected it expands the sea view experience. But the sea view it is not available only for the ones that have chosen the terrance, every room and living space of all 117 units is designed so that everyone could enjoy the amazing views.
Chateau W-Peaks is like a connected duplex, on the 2nd & 3rd levels is the Master zone and one the 1st and B1 levels is the Guest Zone. Near by, the boutique hotel with 111 suite rooms and 29 terraced plays role of an the epicenter of this resort with a membership spa, fitness center, outdoor pool, golf practice range.
