Residential Building in Montesilvano by Studio Zero85
Mario Michetti, Giovanna Pizzella, Mirko Giardino from Studio Zero85 had designed a Residential Building in Montesilvano, Italy. This residential unit is build in order to assure the highest degree of privacy for its inhabitants, this aspect being one of the most important in choosing your future home.
We can consider that the building is composed of three different units that have no walls in common, is like living ‘in a house isolated’. They are recomposed due to the architectural structure and to the landing of access into a single architecture. This is the most important element of originality brought in the architecture of the building.
The areas are very different for example the areas day are very open to the outside due to the large use of glass, arcades, balconies and bay windows, these create a strong relation with the outside. Inevitable the spaces will be flooded with daylight and fresh air. But in the sleeping areas the glass is no longer the basic element, these rooms are designed so the owners can enjoy privacy in any moment of the day. This amazing project is 700 sqm and has enough space well organized to satisfy the owner needs.
