Icenhauer’s by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture
The Icenhauer’s has been designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and is located in the up and coming Rainey Street bar district of Austin.
The structure is build upon a house from 1893, where the front two rooms were restored as a part of this new project, and the interior reflects different colors of warm wood blend with restored wood thresholds, stone and glass. Its design creates an intimate seating areas filled with colorful upholstered furniture, and the front and back yards are anchored by covered porches and surrounded by landscaping and casual seating.
