Spiretec Competition Entry by Adham Selim

This project has been designed by a young group of architects, Adham Selim and its team and represents a submission for the Spiretec 2011 Competition in Greater Noida, Delhi, India.

The approach for this project was about “grafting” the mixed use complex within the already built environment and utilizing the already existing program of the architecture. The aim of this strategy is to create some great open areas for views of the river, and spaces for mingling and recreation but also to instill a connection between the various programs on the site. The project has a modular structure system with platforms that can replace the monolithic form of an atrium and provide a further ability to expand.
